Improve your sleep with better sheets

Believe it or not, your sleep could be improved with how well decorated your bed is. Now, I’m not saying to get frilly lace pillow cases, and pile your bed with throw pillows. But simply hopping into a turned down bed every night eases your mind into “sleep mode”.

  •  If it plops back straight up , your pillow is fine.

A sleep environment is also important for better sleep. This means to pick sheets that reflect on your personality. Bright colors, patterned, solid colors are the first and last thing you see when you are awake or about to sleep. Creating space on your bed, cuddling a pillow or with someone also helps to create a sleep environment.
