    How Do I Apply?
    Simply present same day accumulated receipts amounting to RM150 at the Customer Service Counter located at Second Floor of TANGS 1 Utama or Upper Ground Floor of TANGS Empire Subang, provide some personal particulars and you will receive your personalized TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card immediately.

  • How does the TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card work?
    The TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card offers you a RM0.50 Lifestyle Dollar(L$) at the TANGS Malaysia stores, on purchases of RM10 (rounded down to the nearest RM 10). Simply present your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card at point of payment to earn and redeem rebates; payment can be made in the usual manner by cash or credit cards.

    How do I earn and redeem rebates?
    You must present your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card at point of payment to earn rebates. No other requests will be entertained after purchase has been made. L$0.50 will be issued for every RM10 (rounded down) on the eligible amount after payment by vouchers and/or redemption of previously earned rebates. Rebates earned in current transactions can only be redeemed on subsequent purchases. To redeem, simply present the card and let the cashier know the amount you would like to redeem.

    HOW DO I EARN THE PARKING REBATE?
    You must present your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card and the mall parking ticket (excluding of Touch n’ Go, ONE Card or any other electronic payment modes) at the point of payment to earn parking rebate. No further requests will be entertained after purchases have been made. Parking rebate amount will be issued according to respective stores based on the eligible amount. Rebate earned in current transaction can only be redeemed on subsequent purchases.

    How do I check the balance of rebates in my account?
    Your rebate balance will be reflected on the sales receipt after each transaction. You may also approach any cashier with your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card to check your balance.

    Is there an expiry date for rebates?

    • Rebates earned from 1 Apr to 30 Sep expire on 31 Mar of the following year
    • Rebates earned from 1 Oct to 31 Mar expire on 30 Sep

    You should redeem your rebates within the stipulated periods as unredeemed rebates will be forfeited upon expiry.

    WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE TANGS FASHION LIFESTYLE CARD THAT ENJOYS REBATES AT TANGS?
    You do not earn rebates on two or more cards in the same transaction. Should you have more than one card that enjoys rebates at TANGS Malaysia, we encourage you to use only one same card for ease of redemption.

    Are the rebates transferable?
    No. Rebates earn are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    What if I lose my TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card?
    You are to report the loss of your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card to the Customer Service Counter at TANGS. A replacement fee of RM10 is chargeable for each replacement request. Please take note that we will issue a new card number on your replacement card for security purposes.

    Will my card be cancelled if I don’t use it?
    The TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card membership is renewed on a yearly basis. In order to qualify for automatic renewal, you will need to make a minimum purchase of RM600 in 12 months. Otherwise, a RM15 renewal fee will be charged. Cards with no activity record for 12 months will be cancelled.

  • Receipts used for application of the TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card cannot reflect any rebates earned/redeemed and/or discounts enjoyed from another TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card.Rebates in the form of Lifestyle Dollars (L$) are issued on purchases at the TANGS Malaysia EXCEPT for services like spa, delivery and alteration. Earn L$0.50 at the TANGS Malaysia for every eligible RM10 spent, rounded down to the nearest RM10.

    Rebates will be issued only on the balance after payment made by TANGS Gift Vouchers, any other accepted promotional vouchers and/or redemption of previously earned rebates.

    Rebates will not be issued in combination or in addition to the privileges as stipulated by TANGS Malaysia.

    Rebates must be redeemed fully or partially within the stipulated periods as unredeemed rebates will be forfeited upon expiry:

    • Rebates earned between 1 Apr to 30 Sep expire on 31 Mar of the following year
    • Rebates earned between 1 Oct to 31 Mar of the following year expire on 30 Sep

    Your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card must be presented at the point of payment for earning and redemption of rebates. No other requests will be entertained after purchase has been made nor any back dates of rebates will be entertained.

    Rebates can only be redeemed against a minimum purchase of RM10.Rebates are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Parking rebate is subject to respective store purchase qualifier as stated below:

    • TANGS 1 Utama – Enjoy a RM2 rebate with nett purchases of RM200 and above in a single receipt.
    • TANGS Empire Subang – Enjoy a RM2 rebate with nett purchases of RM180 and above in a single receipt.

    Your TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card and mall parking ticket (excluding of Touch n’ Go, ONE Card or any other electronic payment modes) must be produced at the point of payment to earn the parking rebate. You are only allowed to redeem one parking rebate ticket per transaction and is not applicable with credit note. Awarded parking rebate will be revoked in the event full refund requests made.

    A replacement fee of RM10 is chargeable for each replacement of lost card.

    Yearly renewal fee of RM15 should be made at the TANGS Malaysia in cash only. The renewal of membership is available the month after the anniversary and member will be given a grace period of two months from the date of expiry to renew their membership. In the event no renewal is done after the stipulated grace period, membership and earned rebates will be automatically considered null and void and all benefits/ privileges will be cancelled.

    Members are responsible for renewal of membership at TANS Malaysia. Member is required to notify TANGS Malaysia immediately of any changes in the member’s profile, i.e. change of address or contact details. This is to ensure uninterrupted communications from TANGS Malaysia to the member.

    TANGS Malaysia reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions governing the TANGS Fashion Lifestyle Card Programme without prior notice.

When applying for the TANGS Lifestyle Cardmembership, customers are required to select the method of communications of promotional materials from TANGS Malaysia (via direct mailers/ emails/ SMSes) as well as if they would like to receive promotional materials from third party advertisers (via direct mailers/ emails/ SMSes). TANGS Malaysia adheres strictly to the method of communications selected by you.

    TANGS Malaysia collects, maintains, uses and process your personal information/ data for the following general purposes: to process and approve your application for membership and for administrative purposes, to better understand our users’ profiles & needs, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, conduct research, contact you to inform you of promotions from TANGS Malaysia and through our third party advertisers (only if you have opted to receive them). We may use your personal information/ data provided to send you information on products and services, and special or promotional offers, newsletters or customer survey forms and questionnaires unless you have indicated that you do not wish to receive such materials. You may opt out of receiving any communications from us at any time by clicking on the .unsubscribe link. on the relevant email communications or by contacting us.

    Information Sharing and Disclosure
    (i) TANGS will share, disclose and transfer your personal information/ data to other entities of TANGS Group and to TANG.s third party service providers for marketing purposes, letter shopping, text messaging and any other modes of communication. The provision of your personal information/ data for the purposes mentioned in this paragraph (i) herein is voluntary and optional.
    (ii) TANGS will share, disclose and transfer your personal information/ data for purposes of fraud prevention and detection, to comply to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process from authorities investigating any alleged offence, misdeeds and/or abuse or for the purposes of taking legal action against any users for breach of the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, and/or for the purposes of disclosing to all relevant authorities/ parties as required under the law to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and directives.
